In 1952 a Martin PBM-5 Mariner crashed off the coast of Korea. Aboard that aircraft were 14 men. LTJG Wayne Eugene Bancroft was among ten that perished in the crash. The following exhibits contain both photographs and documents pertaining LTJG Bancroft , his military service, family and those men he served with.
